Shipping policy

Worldwide shipping

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and we ship worldwide using international couriers. 

Tracking

When your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by e-mail. Note that in some cases your order will be split in two different shipments.

Delivery times

We generally dispatch all orders within 5 business days.

– Europe: 1-3 business days
– Rest of the world: 3-5 business days

Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.

We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc. 

If you are not home upon delivery

If the courier is not able to make the delivery they will contact you either by phone or e-mail to schedule a re-delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown upon checkout with the exclusion of large-format orders requiring crated shipping to destinations outside of Europe for which we will obtain manual quotes for your approval. IMPORTANT: Please note local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in purchase and shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges

Orders can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. 

The items must be returned in original condition and in the original or similar, undamaged packing. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.

Returns and exchanges happens at the customer's own risk and expense, shipping costs is to be paid by the customer. We suggest using a shipping service that includes track and trace. If any items arrives back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund.
